Mini Living Room Units for Small Living Rooms
Dieser Post ist von 29. Mar 2022 by Livarea.
In times of limited living space and the associated small flats, tasteful living room design often fails due to oversized furniture. Which living room unit fits in terms of width and still looks beautiful? The Livarea online shop presents several mini living room units that offer an excellent solution and are also aesthetically pleasing to the eye.
Indirect Lighting
The trend of lamps illuminating the entire room is over. Instead, only what is needed in everyday life should be lit. This includes functional areas such as the dining table, kitchen island, living room, or sofa. This indirect lighting creates a special atmosphere and a beautiful mood.
A good example for TV boards is the LED lighting on the Livitalia Mini Wohnwand C08. Because the underside of the cabinets only illuminates the floor, it protects the eyes from fatigue during an extended evening of television.

Modular Mini Living Room Units for Small Living Rooms
A look at rental indexes shows rising square metre prices. Architects are therefore planning smaller residential units for affordable housing. Due to this trend towards small flats, they must be functionally equipped and utilised. Small flats always mean less floor space for furniture. Every centimetre must be used here.
Therefore, a modular system always offers the right fit. The flap doors and drawers in the modules can be adjusted in width and height. This way, a harmonious mini living room unit can be created even on a small wall or footprint – with optimal space utilisation.
A good example is the popular Wohnwand C25 with a width of 3.60 m. Thanks to the modular system mentioned, it can be shortened to a smaller size. The new C32 model now only has a width of 2.55 metres.

Floating Furniture in Trend
When furnishing the living room, the trend is towards furniture with ample storage space. These should appear light and are therefore preferably in demand in the wall-mounted version.
Floating furniture appears light, even though it is large. Furthermore, it facilitates cleaning. They also create a 'wow' effect for the observer, as they seem to defy the laws of physics with modern technology. However, a solid, load-bearing wall is a prerequisite for this. The common construction of drywall in house building often makes it impossible to hang living room units. In many rental flats, after an inspection, the conditions for wall mounting are not met.
Nevertheless, our floor-standing small living room unit C05 shows a floating effect. This is due to the transparent foot. Floating effects are possible even without a load-bearing wall. Additionally, they make cleaning the furniture easier. For those who shy away from complex wall mounting, a mini living room unit offers a practical solution.

No Living Room Unit Without Planning
Italian living room units are often presented by manufacturers in large, opulent flats during photo shoots. These have a width of 6-10 metres and thus do not realistically depict German living conditions.
Livarea is adapting to the trend of smaller flats and therefore lists its mini living room units. Additionally, we offer our service for large living room units, which can be easily adapted to the respective flat by our interior designer. When purchasing the 3D Offer and Planning Package, we recreate the customer's flat using their living space dimensions. The finished visualisation reflects the customer's wishes and can still be corrected.
The effort involved in ordering our mini living room units is uncomplicated because the planning effort is eliminated. If desired, changes can still be communicated here. A desired completely white living room unit is possible with the C09. The corner base cabinet in oak (light wood) and the Tetris shelf are also available in a different finish.

Mini Living Room Units: Appealing Design and Handleless Fronts
Livitalia Mini Living Room Units typically consist of coordinated modules such as a TV lowboard, base cabinet, and shelf. The floor-standing bench, as another element of the living room unit, allows for versatile placement of decorative objects and easily supports a 60-inch flat-screen TV. A living room unit for small living rooms can also feature an appealing design and simultaneously appear cosy. The individual elements offer flexibility during assembly, and the handleless fronts look modern. Light colours such as Light Grey Matt or Light Oak harmonise with many living room furniture pieces.

Mini Living Room Units Stand for Sustainability
Our mini living room units stand for sustainability because they are not kept in stock. Instead, the manufacturer produces them only upon customer order. Since there is no mass production, raw materials are used much more purposefully. The veneers or chipboards used in the furniture are more sustainable than solid wood because they result in 100% utilisation of the wood. The oak wood comes from certified cultivation.
