Individual and Natural: Solid Wood TV Furniture

For lovers of lowboards with a light, elegant Italian design, there is now a sensational alternative. With the Livitalia Solid Wood Lowboard Configurator, the entire piece of furniture is made from solid wood. This creates an interesting contrast between nature and modernity. The chestnut-brown shimmer of its surfaces unfolds its very special effect in the living room. We present this configurator to you with its most important features.
A TV Lowboard Made from German Solid Oak
The entire body of the lowboard configurator is made from solid German oak, and for good reason. This wood ensures short transport routes to the manufacturer, thereby reducing CO2 emissions. Germany's common practice of reforestation for this tree species also speaks in its favour. The oak wood used is FSC-certified and comes from sustainable cultivation.
Quality Through High-Quality Craftsmanship
Oak is characterised by high density and strength, making it ideal for furniture. One advantage is its high load-bearing capacity, allowing even heavy TV sets to be placed on it. Solid wood, a natural product, is constantly 'working' and can warp with changing room humidity, which is why the lowboard requires a special gluing process to counteract this. This modern piece of furniture features long fronts and wide top panels, which means there is a significant risk of warping in the wood fibres. The finger-joint gluing process ensures that warping forces are largely neutralised by oppositely arranged fibres. As the board's surfaces are already oiled, they do not require further treatment for a long time. Constant humidity and room temperature contribute to the product's longevity.
Modern Design Thanks to Handleless Fronts
The Livitalia Lowboard features fronts without visible handles. However, the fronts can be opened and closed using grip notches on the upper edge. These invisible notches make the fronts appear particularly minimalist and prevent them from being visually perceived as doors. Thanks to a hydraulic piston system, the flap doors swing gently downwards, creating space for audio or video devices.
One Piece of Furniture, Many Uses
The TV lowboard consists of individual closed modules. The wide selection of widths and heights offers the customer diverse possibilities for configuration. Additionally, there is the choice between a floor-standing or a wall-mounted version. Besides the living room or dining room, the hallway is also a suitable location.
