Livarea delivers many items* in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (islands on request) by appointment with a 2-person service right into your home.

Kerbside delivery is available in the following countries: Italy, France as well as Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.

The delivery time starts when we receive your payment or after individual requests have been confirmed (e.g. cable outlets, special colour), not on the order date.

Please note that customers who do not live near a metropolitan area may have a longer delivery time, as the shipping company cannot serve these areas as often.

Many shipments* to Austria and Switzerland are carried right into your home by a 2-person team. If required, you can add a professional assembly service.

Deliveries to Switzerland and Austria usually take 2 weeks longer than stated on the product page. Please take this into account.

If you wish, you can add our professional assembly service in the shopping basket during the ordering process. As shipping companies generally do not have qualified assembly staff in their delivery teams, our products are assembled exclusively by specialised and carefully trained assembly teams. These teams visit you after delivery on a separately agreed date to carry out the assembly professionally and efficiently. Once your order has been delivered, the assembly team will contact you directly to discuss the next steps and arrange a suitable assembly date.

If you cannot accept a scheduled delivery date because the delivery address is not yet ready for occupancy, your goods can be stored temporarily with the shipping company. In this case, Livarea covers the storage costs for two weeks. If longer storage is required, the shipping company will charge the additional costs and invoice you for them separately.

All items are shipped to Switzerland free of VAT. Once you have placed the item in the shopping basket and selected Switzerland as the delivery country, the currently applicable German VAT is deducted. After import into Switzerland, the currently applicable Swiss VAT and the related transaction fee must be paid to the shipping company. The shipping company will inform you about the payment options and the amount when announcing your shipment.

*Except for products by Todus, Oasiq, MEME Design and RS Barcelona (different shipping costs as stated). These are shipped to you directly by a shipping company or by UPS with tracking. We will inform you about this after your order.
