The Prostoria Trifidae is a design armchair collection from Croatia. The designer studio Numen/For Use has created 3 models. A conventional armchair for relaxed sitting at the dining table, a lounge chair with a high backrest for relaxed watching of television and a wing chair for shielded relaxation whenever you want.
Colours:
We offer the colour combinations shown in the pictures for the Trifidae armchair - black, light grey, dark grey, pink, yellow or a blue combination. The Trifidae designer armchair is also available in black leather. The Prostoria Trifidae designer armchair is also available in other fabrics on request!
Functions:
All Trifidae designer models have a slightly inclined seating position that puts the body in a relaxed position. Compared to the conventional Trifidae armchair, the lounge chair and wing chair have a raised backrest with a headrest cushion. For better shielding from the surroundings, the wing chair has lateral flanks, the ears, which significantly reduce background noise.
The seat of the Prostoria Trifidae armchair is soft and moulds easily to the contours of the person sitting on it. The upholstery always returns to its original shape when the load is removed. This means that the seat and backrest retain their shape for a long time. The cover and upholstery are glued together and therefore do not crease in the long term.
The chairs are optionally available with a steel frame or oak wooden legs. A stool can also be ordered in addition.

Material:
The upholstery of the armchair consists of high-quality cold foam upholstery. Under the upholstery is a solid wood frame and strip springs for increased comfort. The frame is made of powder-coated steel and emphasises the modern design of the elegant armchair. The base of the frame is also optionally available in solid oak. The fabric cover used is the Atlas brand made of 90% worsted wool and 10% nylon with pilling of 4-5, light resistance of 6-7 and 100,000 Martindale. The manufacturer recommends treating the fabric with a microfibre cloth or dry cleaning if soiled.
